How much interaction do I get with a coach?

Your coach is available Monday through Friday (with some exceptions when I’m on holiday) to answer questions, revise programming, and help you along. Your real-life human-intelligence coach is checking your progress, answering questions, reviewing form videos you upload, revising the programming as needed, and asking you questions. You have someone to report back to, tracking your progress. 

Weekly, you get a written message, voice message or video (depends on your preference) to highlight areas of focus for next week’s programming, the “why” behind what you’re doing, and where it fits into the bigger picture. 

We have regular 30 minute check-ins to discuss progress, review relevant education, and reassess as needed. This is done on the phone, via video call, or in person if you’re local. How often depends on what YOU need & want. We usually start with weekly, then to a cadence of every 2 weeks for a while, and then bump to monthly after that. Again, it depends on what you need to be successful; there’s no limit or prescribed cadence. 

After each cycle of training, you’re provided a Cycle Review that outlines areas of progress, items I’m tracking, and what’s coming up in the next cycle. We then book a meeting to discuss and collaborate on the next cycle. . We work through challenges, flare-ups, and set-backs. We celebrate wins. Through highs and lows, we move forward and build momentum.

Why is it effective?

Because it’s exactly what you need, nothing less and nothing more. 

We workshop any challenges or sticking points so that you keep moving the needle forward no matter what. We pull back when needed, push forward when appropriate, and keep our sights on our North Star: your goals. 

As a client, what can I expect in terms of results, physical changes, emotional changes, mental changes? In what timeframe?

You can expect more than progress. You can expect a shift in how you live, move, and see yourself.

For many clients, what begins as a goal to fix pain or “get back in shape” becomes something much bigger: a complete transformation in confidence, capability, and quality of life.

Physical transformation

Clients often start with long-standing pain, injuries, or frustration—and go on to achieve things they once thought were out of reach.
