My clients are assigned specific, individualized work via the True Coach app. It’s convenient and simple to schedule based on your availability so that you can get the work done.
There’s no confusion or overwhelm. There are demonstration videos for every movement. You can upload videos of your own movements for analysis. You can message your coach any time for clarification or questions.
Individualized design allows for us to change things up. It’s designed on what YOUR body needs, so we don’t waste time. I assess, I don’t guess.
I hold you accountable. I check in constantly, analyze your results and videos, and react to your feedback to make sure we’re on the same page and moving in the right direction.
